Ironbark Building and Pest is owned and run by Brisbane-based couple Dan and Tegan.

Dan is a qualified carpenter and licensed builder with over 15 years experience in the construction industry. He has overseen a huge variety of projects from minor maintenance and house renovations, through to overseeing and managing large scale commercial projects. This gives our inspection services a real edge, as we know exactly what to look for and what may become a future problem in a property.

At Ironbark Building and Pest, Dan completes both the building and timber pest inspections at the same time. This completely removes the inconvenience of having to find a separate building inspector and pest inspector and allows the building and the pest reports to be presented in conjunction with each other. We are with you every step of the way, and encourage you to attend the inspection with us, so we can discuss the findings as they are discovered. 

We don’t just conduct pest and building inspections. We also provide an end-to-end service and are able to offer recommended termite and pest treatments as well as conduct building repairs, based on the findings in your building and pest report.
